Your ticket includes curated pairings like:

• Sauvalanche + apple–pear–honey basil

• Gregory Ranch Pinot Noir + house-cured pork belly & polenta

• Side Effect + hoisin-braised beef & oyster mushrooms

• Intemporal + chocolate, strawberry & balsamic

Expect a welcome pour, a relaxed flow-through layout, soft lighting, and a photo-friendly backdrop. Midway through the day, Michael will give a quick toast to officially welcome Tacoma.
